Get in touch with possible tenants

Once your ad is up, tenants can contact you directly through the chat. You will have an easy overview of all the candidates and then you just choose your favourite.

Sign the rental agreement

The Smart Contract is available to sign day or night, all you both need is to identify yourselves uploading your ID and sign the contract digitally, and you are good to go!

Enjoy the profit without any fuzz

We handle all the invoicing and send the payments directly to you. And before the tenant moves in, a safety deposit will be secured. The deposit and the contract together guarantees a safe and smooth rental experience for you!
